About Brittany J. Wold, MD
Brittany Wold, MD, is a pediatric hospitalist at Phoenix Children's. Dr. Wold has specialized training to provide comprehensive treatment for children who require inpatient medical care for a range of conditions, disorders and diseases.
Dr. Wold graduated with her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana in Champaign, Illinois. She earned her medical degree from Southern Illinois University School of Medicine in Springfield, Illinois, where she also trained as a pediatric intern and resident. Dr. Wold completed a pediatric hospital medicine fellowship at Phoenix Children's.
She is board certified in in general pediatrics and pediatric hospital medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics. Dr. Wold is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics and the Society of Hospital Medicine's national organization and Arizona chapter.
Dr. Wold has been invited to share her expertise during meetings of the Pediatric Academic Society and Pediatric Hospital Medicine. She is a member of the teaching faculty at Creighton University School of Medicine, the University of Arizona College of Medicine and the Mayo Clinic Alix School of Medicine.
Dr. Wold spends her free time attending her daughters' athletic practices and activities. She also enjoys traveling with her family, running, hiking and party planning.
