About Casey Michelle Golab, MD
Casey Golab, MD, is a pediatrician specializing in hospital medicine - also called a hospitalist - who cares for kids while they're patients in the hospital.
Dr. Golab credits Phoenix Children's for training her during residency to care for kids using science and heart. Working with Phoenix Children's top physicians, experts and leaders inspires her every day. She shares their common goal to provide the best medical care to children in the Valley and beyond.
The challenge of science combined with caring and compassion led Dr. Golab to medicine. After earning her medical degree from the University of California San Diego, she completed a pediatric residency at Phoenix Children's. Dr. Golab is board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric hospital medicine by the American Board of Pediatrics. She's also a fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
Committed to providing the best care possible, Dr. Golab believes listening to families with an ear for small details helps her provide the individualized care every patient deserves. She's constantly learning and focuses on providing the latest evidence-based care with compassion.
When she's not working, Dr. Golab spends time on the Phoenix Mountains Preserve trails and treasures being with friends and family. She also enjoys cheering for the Northwestern University Wildcats and the Phoenix Suns.
