Locations

Every single staff member we encountered was respectful and compassionate. Talon roomed us and she was lovely as well as thorough. This was my first time at PHX Children's and my husband's second. We have temporary Healthcare POA for the patient and have only been a part of his life since May 2024. The patient definitely tells us when he does not want to attend an activity and he has never hesitated or become apprehensive with the two appointments he has had at Children's. Dr. Bae had a scribe who was very nice and the young lady who delivered the End of Visit Summary was also very nice and listened to our concerns to ensure the patient has follow up in one year. Dr. Bae is amazing! I have worked with many adult population surgeons and have rarely seen the bedside/exam tableside compassion which Dr. Bae demonstrated during our visit. Dr. Bae is a systemic thinker and a critical thinker. Dr. Bae is obviously brilliant and an expert in his field and he is also a compassionate and gentle soul.

Dr.Bae is amazing!! My Son is very comfortable with him. My Son jokes about Dr.Bae giving him abs in surgery ?

Dr Bae is an honest provider that cares about his patients and their outcomes. He is a genuine person and tells it like it is. I appreciate him and his team.

Dr. Bae is so knowledgeable, caring, and easy to talk to. We just love him. He is an asset to the pediatric community.

Good experience

We had a wonderful seamless experience. Check in was quick, we got called back and saw the doctor within minutes of arriving. The doctor was so knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He was very caring and relatable. We left the appointment with our mind at ease that our child was going to be ok.
