Once our appointment was made the process was smooth and well communicated. They kept us informed on what to be bring when to come and how to get there. Parking was convenient and check in was quick and easy. Instructions on how to get to the clinic from check in were clear and the time spent in waiting room was extremely minimal. The PA was extremely educated and thoroughly explained our options. She was very considerate and aware of the awkward nature of my teen son and treated him with such respect and sensitivity. The woman who checked us in for imaging was kind and thorough and the wait was minimal as well. Great experience.
