I believe excellent patient care is built on partnership with patients and families, whose knowledge and perspectives are essential to every clinical decision. My approach is hands-on and family-centered, emphasizing careful bedside assessment, clear communication, and trust. I strive to create a supportive environment where families feel heard, respected, and actively involved in their child’s care.
