About Lisa J. Fox, DO
Lisa Fox, DO, is division chief of hospital medicine and a pediatric hospitalist at Phoenix Children's.
Dr. Fox graduated from Grand Canyon University in Phoenix with a bachelor's degree in general biology before earning her medical degree at Midwestern University - Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, Arizona. She completed her internship and residency training at Phoenix Children's and Maricopa Medical Center in Phoenix.
With a focus on continually improving the quality and safety of patient care at Phoenix Children's, Dr. Fox has helped the Hospital Medicine division grow to include more than 60 physicians at the Thomas and Arrowhead campuses. In 2023, Dr. Fox completed the Executive Healthcare Leadership Program through Duke University and the University of Arizona.
Dr. Fox is board certified in general pediatrics and pediatric hospital medicine. She is a member of the
Society of Hospitalist Medicine and the American Academy of Pediatrics. In addition, she is an assistant clinical professor of pediatrics at Creighton University School of Medicine and University of Arizona College of Medicine in Phoenix.
