My care philosophy centers on patient- and family-centered care, emphasizing respect, dignity and collaboration, recognizing the family as vital partners in care, and ensuring safety through pediatric assessments and management. I know the importance of clear communication and addressing the unique physical and emotional needs of children in high-pressure situations.
