February 01, 2023 - Phoenix Children’s and Cigna announced the two organizations reached a tentative agreement yesterday as contract discussions continue. While the contract is being finalized, Phoenix Children’s remains an in-network provider for families with Cigna employer-sponsored health coverage.
December 20, 2022 - Joining the newly created Division of Anesthesiology are 39 experienced providers who recently transitioned from a longstanding private practice into Phoenix Children’s Medical Group. Many of these skilled providers have subspecialties within anesthesia, including pediatric pain management, cardiology, transplantation and more. This team is already an integral part of daily care delivery, having practiced extensively within Phoenix Children’s health system.

October 28, 2022 - PHOENIX [Oct. 28, 2022] – As Phoenix Children’s division of nephrology continues to grow to address the needs of children in Arizona and beyond, the health system has named renowned pediatric nephrologist and researcher Katherine Perry, MD, MS, the chief of the division. Dr. Perry comes to Phoenix Children’s from UCLA Health, where she worked as a board-certified pediatric nephrologist since 2006.
