Security & Deliveries
We understand that hospitalization can be difficult and confusing. That's why we provide many hospitality services and amenities to make your stay more comfortable.
The Security Services Department works to provide a safe environment for our patients, families, visitors and staff. Security Officers, identified by black shirts, sweaters and jackets with khaki tactical pants, are available for general assistance and escorts. All staff members and visitors wear identification badges. Please report any security concern to a nurse or directly to Security Services by calling 602-933-4400.
Mail is delivered to your child's room. Outgoing mail can be given to someone at the Nurses' Station, or ask your nurse where to find the nearest mailbox.
Gifts are also delivered to your child's room. Latex balloons are not allowed at the Hospital, since children often choke on balloon pieces. Plants are not allowed in certain areas. Check with your nurse to find out if your child can have flowers or a plant.
