At Phoenix Children’s, our pediatric urologists and advanced practice providers offer state-of-the-art treatment for all conditions of the genitourinary tract (genital and urinary organs). We see boys and girls of all ages with common problems such as bed-wetting and urinary tract infections, as well as complex conditions that may require surgery.
We offer specialty clinics for some conditions, such as kidney stones and incontinence. We work closely with other specialists throughout the hospital to make sure your child receives comprehensive, well-coordinated care. If your child requires surgery, our pediatric urologists use minimally invasive techniques whenever possible. This can mean less pain and a shorter recovery time for your child.
We know that your child’s urological concerns may affect many areas of life, including growth, development and mental health. We take a holistic approach to care and make sure that your child and family have the support you need to thrive. Because we want your time with our team to be as convenient and efficient as possible, we offer same-day and next-day appointments. Telemedicine also is available for many types of visits.
Our surgeons hold teaching appointments with the Mayo Clinic College of Medicine and Creighton University School of Medicine and are actively involved in the education of young urologists, surgeons and pediatricians. Through our research and publications in the field of pediatric urology, we are helping to advance medical care for children worldwide.
