Your participation is extremely important to the ongoing success of this conference. Attendees look forward to the opportunity to interact with medical industry and academic institutional leaders at educational conferences such as this. This is an ideal venue for you to showcase your organization’s technology and contribution to the care of the fetal cardiac patient.
As you know, the Fetal Cardiology Symposium relies heavily on the financial support from the medical industry and academic institutions to offer this high caliber educational program. We have outlined opportunities for your company or institution to have broad exposure and direct contact with the national and international participants during the Symposium. These opportunities will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date our office receives signed exhibit agreement letters.
If you are interested in other opportunities to support the Symposium that are not listed here, please let us know! We like creative ideas when partnering with our exhibitors.
The exhibitor registration deadline is October 10, 2024.
To reserve your exhibitor space and additional support opportunities, please email your Letter of Agreement, which you can download below, to the Symposium Coordinator at fetalcardio [at] phoenixchildrens.com (fetalcardio[at]phoenixchildrens[dot]com).
