I strongly advocate for involving patients and their caregivers in the decision-making process, as they possess valuable insights about themselves and their children. I am a firm believer in proactive care that considers all aspects of a patient, such as emotional, physical and psychological well-being. I prioritize the inclusion of child life services whenever feasible and emphasize the importance of teamwork to deliver the highest quality care.
