About Renee J. Crawford, DO

Renee Crawford, DO, is a pediatrician and chief resident at Phoenix Children's who offers general pediatric care and treatments for children admitted to the hospital.

Dr. Crawford completed her medical training at Phoenix Children's and enjoyed the working environment and patients so much that she chose to remain as a chief resident with the Phoenix Children's Pediatric Residency Program Alliance.

After earning her undergraduate degree at Point Loma Nazarene University in San Diego, Dr. Crawford completed her degree in osteopathic medicine from A.T. Still University School of Osteopathic Medicine in Mesa, Arizona. She finished her residency training in pediatrics through the Phoenix Children's Pediatric Residency Program Alliance in Phoenix.

Dr. Crawford is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics; the American Academy of Pediatrics Arizona Section; the American College of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology; the American Osteopathic Association and the Association of Pediatric Program Directors. She has published peer-reviewed research in publications such as The Journal of Allergy and Clinical Immunology and presented at conferences hosted by the Association of Pediatric Program Directors and the American Academy of Pediatrics Section on Allergy and Immunology.

As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Crawford practices holistic medicine and believes in treating each patient's mind, body and spirit. She aims to provide the best possible care for her patients and their families through her commitment to clinical excellence, cultural sensitivity and social awareness.

Outside the hospital, Dr. Crawford spends time with friends and family. She enjoys reading and watching the latest Marvel movie, as well as cheering on her favorite collegiate and professional sports teams.
