Pediatric Plastic and Craniofacial Surgery Fellowship

Requirements

Eligible applicants must have successfully completed an ACGME accredited Plastic Surgery Residency, be certified as board-eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and meet all requirements for an independent medical license with the Arizona Medical Board.

Foreign medical graduates are welcome to apply and will be considered provided they have successfully completed an ACGME accredited Plastic Surgery Residency, be certified as board-eligible by the American Board of Plastic Surgery, meet all requirements for an independent medical license with the Arizona Medical Board, are certified by the ECFMG, and, if applicable, are eligible for a J1 Visa sponsored by ECFMG (no other visa types will be considered).

Two-Step Application Process

  1. Complete application via the American Society of Craniofacial Surgeons
  2. Register for the SF Match

Deadline to apply is August 31, 2024.

The ASCFS and SF Match applications must both be completed in their entirety before a candidate will be considered for an interview.
